• Your Lordship may be pleased to direct that from the 1st day of January last or such other date as to Your Lordship may seem fit their pay be made to them in sterling calculated at the rate of three shilling and four pence to the dollar or that it may be otherwise increased as in the last paragraph hereof mentioned.
